The goal of this program is to help you get as fit as possible without spending money. You won't need much gear to do the workouts--just a good pair of running shoes, an old pair of dumbbells and a positive attitude. This is the same training format that I used to break the Guinness World Record for Fitness. My goal is to give you tools that you can use to incorporate into your own weekly workout routine. Have fun with it! During the strength training portion, you'll be changing up reps, sets and time. During the cardio portion you'll be doing hill/stair workouts, speed training, cross-training and all kinds of fun stuff. If you find exercises in the program that you cannot perform, add something you can. But remember to really give yourself a push and incorporate activities that you like.
