TRX Strength Training for Triathletes is a 3 day per week, 9 week performance enhancement program that will deliver increased muscular power and endurance without adding bulk. This program focuses on the often neglected muscle groups including hamstrings, back and core in order to improve triathlon specific strength, stability and flexibility.
The TRX is highly compact and can be quickly set up almost anywhere, so you can easily incorporate strength workouts into your triathlon training plan.
