Description:
This 16 week program is designed for the advanced runner looking to complete a 13.1 miles course in 1:15-1:29. The training is based on a four day run week. You have the option to add cross training on your rest days up to two times per week. Long runs are scheduled every other week with a speed program on the non-long run weekend designed for veteran runners.
