Description:
This 16 week program is designed for the intermediate runner looking to complete a 13.1 miles course in 1:50-2:29. The training is based on three running days and one walking day per week. You have the option to add cross training on your rest days up to two times per week. Long runs are scheduled every other week with a speed program on the non-long run weekend designed for veteran runners.
