The developing athlete is an "emerging" athlete that has now dedicated 4-10 hours per week to prepare for an Olympic distance event. This program will provide a progressive overload with recovery over your three month preparation.

Throughout the program, you will be able to monitor your progress through a select series of key marker sets. Additionally, this program has infinite variety, which will help keep you motivated on a daily basis.
