TRX Twisting Hip Drop
Description
Start Position:
  • Extend TRX to full length and configure into single handle mode
  • Stand sideways to system with both arms overhead and a slight bend in the elbows
Movement Description:
  • Allow hips to drop away from anchor
  • At same time, rotate torso to face system with arms in front of shoulders
  • Maintain bend in elbows and pull hips up while rotating torso back to start position
