TRX Twisting Hip Drop
Description
Start Position:
Extend TRX to full length and configure into single handle mode
Stand sideways to system with both arms overhead and a slight bend in the elbows
Movement Description:
Allow hips to drop away from anchor
At same time, rotate torso to face system with arms in front of shoulders
Maintain bend in elbows and pull hips up while rotating torso back to start position
